2020

2020 was a vintage of good quality, with much lower than average yields. Windy and somewhat frosty conditions at fruit set meant reduced yields across the regions. Lower yields resulted in earlier ripening and a busy compact vintage. Fruit quality was excellent with plenty of big flavours.

Adelaide Plains

Old vine vineyards that each bring a unique character to this wine. Classic Australian grape growing terroir at Angle Vale with thick set red loams over broken limestone bases. Whilst our Evanston Gardens site delivers Gawler River loams, producing brighter, lifted fruits.
